Woman at the drive through with the bright red lipstick and the yellow teeth was extremely rude to us for no reason. She shoved the drinks into my friends hand almost spilling them and for what? We also had to repeat ourselves an ungodly amount times to the point where we just said sure so we could move on and she still got the order wrong. Our food was crushed up and spilt all in the bag. On a good note however the cinnamon twists were great ?? ✨?

Great service but the food wasn't hot enough in my opinion. I'm talking temperature not spicy .

I usually love Taco Bell, but this store is so inconsistent with the quality of their orders. I don't think I've ever had time at this location where there wasn't something wrong. Fix your Baja blast too it tastes like soap. Im very disappointed...

TB is about my only option for a somewhat healthy meal when out. I order bean burritos(no cheese), steamed then grilled, making them very hot, hence safe. The heat also increases the flavor three fold, with hot sauce packets, they make a nice less expensive option, low, if any cholesterol, meal!Vegetarian options: I go vegan when possible, which reduces pain as you get older.

Shoutout to the 4 guys who remade my order because someone stole it. To the person who stole it, I hope you get food poisoning.

The people that work there are not nice. I've been there three times and the results have always been the same.

Sonya is absolutely amazing!!Also the sweet lady who cleans the lobby is so welcoming as well!!Those two employees know how to make people feel like a part of the family. I wish everybody could be like close to and it’s not just a one time thing I go to this location several times a week for lunch and every single time those ladies treat me with the upmost respect

Let me put here first: We live in Wyoming. And typically attend the Jenison and 44th street locations, on a relatively normal basis. We were on Alpine running some errands. And decided to stop for Taco Bell. The Alpine location was fairly steady through Drive-Thru when we arrived, but really started slamming after we placed our order. We’re a family of 5, so our orders are typically, $50-$60. On more than one occasion, Jenison and 44th street have missed almost half of our order at once in the evening. Too busy rushing us off of their timer and being rude all at once. So, prematurely, we kind of just expected the same thing at the Alpine location. However, we were VERY surprised and impressed with the quality of our food and every item being accounted for. Not to mention, it came out in a timely manner, considering there was one guy on the front counter line at the time. (I’m assuming jumping back and forth helping Drive-Thru and FC), our wait in total was probably 5-7 mins for lobby. Which again, for a $50 order and 5 people, I consider to be a timely manner compared to past orders and experiences at aforementioned alternative locations. We walked out completely satisfied, content, and happy. It was absolutely A1 food! The servings sizes and portions (I used to work at Taco Bell) were 100%, making the items as full and satisfactory as they’re SUPPOSED TO BE!If this location weren’t 20-25 mins away from us, it would be our new home location. When I went up to the counter to compliment them, the lady I talked to was friendly, energetic and upbeat! And her response was “we definitely have a good night crew”, which is a statement you don’t *typically* hear too often about night crews. Because it’s usually the toughest and hardest shift. But you could tell she was genuinely happy to hear the compliment on the crew and night shift!Honestly. I just HAD to leave a raving review. Because it’s very rare that we walk out of a Taco Bell *FULLY* satisfied.Thank you Alpine location for giving us the genuine experience of what Taco Bell is supposed to be!I only wish I would have taken some photos to further prove why this location is deserving of this review.

This place has consistently been absolute garbage. I live 1 minute away from this place and my pick-up turns into half hour. Terrible drive-through experience and the people on the mic joking about “not doing online orders anymore” makes nothing better. Horrible service in my experience here.

I asked and paid for sauce on my stacked tacos and they had not a drop of sauce! That’s not surprising for this location though. They don’t even put sauces on the menu items that normally come with them. Every single time I get a Cheesy Gordita Crunch they don’t put the spicy ranch on it. Supreme tacos don’t have sour cream. If you call to let them know they just apologize and have never offered anything for the inconvenience so I don’t even bother anymore. Seems new management is needed.

The workers were busy having a conversation with each other and were quite rude. And all the good we got was cold. They did not offer sauce. The soda was out of syrup.Vegetarian options: Most things can be substituted with beans
