So I’ve not been to a Tim Hortons in a while simply because I don’t live by one but decided to stop and grab a bite. I asked for a breakfast sandwich and hash brown, when I bit into the hash brown it was hard as heck!! I went right back and complained about it. The young lady told me they typically don’t sell it after breakfast. I completely understand that, but why would you sell it?!? When you placed the hash brown inside the bag you should’ve known or been able to feel that it was extremely hard and knew that it was old! This may seem really petty, and I’m not trying to be petty actually just trying to Make a point. I did go back and they replaced it for me with a different item And I appreciate that, but it’s the principle…

Customers would love to come inside and use the bathroom or sit down and enjoy, and if u don't have enough staff I don't want to hear it we just got 2 millions migrants that can work and open up your inside here please it's been closed since covid years

As a 3rd gen builder. Having spent 12 years now in commercial HVAC design and engineering. Who ever designed this drive thru, never thought of much. Mic faces traffic. I sat there yelling at the nice worker to order. I've learned, you can tell how much a company cares. By the way they take of the building. Faded paint, and still hasn't addressed the drive thru. Staff was the only good part.

The best Tim's location in West Michigan (yes, I've been to all of them). My Farmers Wraps are always hot, made correctly, and served in the cardboard sleeves like they're supposed to be. Drive-through line can get pretty long, but the wraps are worth the wait. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. Truly a wonderful way to start the day.

Tried to walk in the door during normal business hours to find it locked with no posted signs for drive-thru only. Then had to go back because they got my order wrong. Always double check before you drive off.
This is the best Tim Hortons i have ever been to, for some reason their coffee always taste so good and donuts are always fresh and tastes amazing. Thank you!

Maybe its the malfunctioning speaker or the inability to get good help but TWICE lately my “black coffee w one sugar” - which is how I order to ensure no gross creamer - came w one cream instead of sugar. Undrinkable so i get ripped off and have no coffee. This is the most basic function of a tim hortons.
