Closed 15 mins early after I sat in drive thru for over 20 mins just for them to take my order and then once I got to the window proceeded to tell me that unfortunately they broke everything down and could not make my meal so I wasted 30 mins total just to not even receive food

They were very rude to me, ignored me for quite a while. I will say they seemed understaffed, but I was pretty annoyed that they ignored me for about 15 minutes. Would not come back to this location.

There was hair, all throughout my burger. In the cheese, under the patty and on the bun. I threw up my whole meal. When I came inside to get my money back, the manager acted like it wasn't a big deal. Also kept trying to refute my claim by saying "that's cheese" until I opened the burger and picked it out my self and showed her. She didn't even give me a full refund. Can't imagine how dirty the kitchen truly is.Disgusting, revolting, and repulsive. The food as well as management
