Cold steak is a sad sad thing. Also, be warned - they now have two totals on the receipts. One lower price for cash and a higher price for cards, like some kind of throw back to the 90s when credit/debit cards weren't something that everyone has and cash was still the norm.

The waitress was amazing, the food was amazing. The manager application needs to be more criteria based. Overheard how a manager was sleeping with two of the staff, not something I wanted to hear while eating. He was rude and very unprofessional.

My friend and I had actually never been to Brann’s before, and I was worried they didn’t have anything I would like. Fortunately, they’ve just come out with their summer menu, and I had the Summer Strawberry salad. It was so good!!!!! My friend — a vegetarian who loves a good burger — bought their Black Bean burger and I’ll admit I was curious enough to try a bite… it was delicious, and I still can’t believe how fresh everything tasted. They’re back down in Columbus now, but I will be returning to this location often!Vegetarian options: The ingredients of everything are all quality. Finally a place where you can get a meat entre minus or substituting the meat that’s still just as good as the non-veg version!

My 8oz steak had a lot of gristle in my steak. It was difficult to cut and difficult to chew. We have found this at another Branns so we don't go there anymore. This was the second time I've had trouble at your site. Whoever is buying your steaks, needs to check for this.

Very disappointing for a steak house ordered prime rim was great cut of beef but served to me cold in middle then sent back 2nd one was also cold in middle then when brought the 3rd one out was hot but also only half as thick as the first 2. Would expect more from a steakhouse.
Not happy I had a carpenter ant crawling on the wall right next to me food took forever and steaks weren't cooked how we ordered them also they were VERY fatty...
