I love the concept behind this Little Caesar’s! They partially cook the dough and sausage and pile everything in the center leaving you a fun little D.I.Y project for you to construct your own (half cooked) pizza!

pizza wasn't even cooked all the way. I ordered it 20 minutes prior to showing up at the resisting and then sat in the store an additional 20 minutes before being told the guy had just put my pizza in the oven. 2 customers had come in and custom ordered and got their food before my pizza even went in the oven. it seems like everytime I give this store a chance, they disappoint. I was also told " we're out of pizza boxes, so we had to use these other ones" the "other ones" we're literally just the regular pizza box folded inside out? idk why, I just found that pretty odd. this store and it's late night staff need some work.

I grabbed a lunch combo. It was undercooked and swimming in triple more than necessary sauce. So much sauce every thing slid off. Store was dirty.

I absolutely love paying a premium for undercooked pizza.Its hard to tell in the picture but can literally see the ring of sauce that wasn’t spread out. I seen literal children make better presenting- and better tasting pizza then this

Pulled in at 9:40pm. Lights on, open sign on. Walk in and they said they have no pizzas because they’re closing! Their hours say closed at 10pm.

Worst service EVER. The young guy at Grandville location named Sylvester needs to be FIRED. Every shift he deliberately doesn’t answer phone. They are supposed to close at 10 pm but he turns off the ovens at 9 pm. I watched him refund several orders before turning me away at 9:26 pm. Completely ridiculous. I’ve been a customer since I was 8 years old I’m over 40 now and I will never be returning EVER AGAIN

We sat in the car waiting for someone to take our order for over ten minutes while they waited for us to leave. And when they do go to the window they always look irritated when you say you’ll wait instead of leaving and make you wait an obnoxious amount of time. They are severely understaffed and unprofessional.
I have attempted to eat here several times over the last month. First time no ready made pizzas ready. The second time I ordered a ready made and breadsticks-paid. Then was told there were out of breadsticks and there would be a wait. I asked for my money back on the breadsticks and took the pizza. I stopped again last night. I sat for at least five minutes at the window with no one acknowledging me. I left. All three times have been week days and between 5 and 5:15. Please get yourself organized and ready for the dinner crowd! I have no complaints on taste. Just wish you were ready for us parents showing up on pizza night!

Placed an online order around 8pm Friday (9/29) night and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived about 5 minutes early and let the boy at the drive through know I was early but wondered if my order was ready he responded by saying “oh you’re hella early man that’ll be about 15 minutes pull ahead we’ll bring it out to you” so I park and wait. I see numerous people come and go over a span of the next 40 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes which was now 40 minutes past when my order was originally supposed to be ready I went inside and was told to ask someone else about my order. It was grabbed from the warmer and I was told it had been ready. Who knows how long it had sat in there. So I was obviously forgotten about. Staff was very unprofessional and too busy hanging out to bring out my order that was ready 45 minutes late.

My expectations are not overly high for little Caesar’s. I ordered a couple pizzas for the kids one being a pretzel crust. No salt on the crust but there was massive amounts all over the pizza rendering it inedible.

I have gone here twice and have arrived home to find that I have a massively undercooked pizza. Unless you like raw pizza, go to a different Little Caesars. Or, if you like cooking your own pizza, then just get Papa Murphy’s.
