Let me start by saying I love Pizza Hut. NOT this one. This has not been just a once in a blue issue, or once or twice, it's been every single time I have placed an order. Just placed an order and or course something is missing like every single othe time. The order is literally sent as you want it and I get it. Mistakes will happen. That's why I never said anything the first 10 damn times. The worst part? They never pick up the phone. So of course here I go cus I'm not giving you my money for free..... so that típ i just gave was for no reason and I say this because the delivery man was the one making the pizza! At least he was nice when I showed up to ask about my missing item. The other Person there who said she was the manager...... rude as hell and after clearly realizing the mistake I was explaining, there was no apology no nothing. I was not rude or unpleasant so this pissed me off even more. Will NOT be back again.

the computer system text messaged me and told me my pizza was out for delivery 24 minutes later my pizza shows up theThe general manager said oh I'm sorry I said well is my pizza going to still be hot she said yes she said the computer has glitches and that my pizza wasn't in the car for 25 minutes but they'll discount my next order and then told her about when I made the telephone call asking why my pizza wasn't there 21 minutes after the text message saying it was out for delivery mind 5 minutes from the store or less she kept saying I don't know the computer does that sometimes just as the general manager she's the one bringing her food so take it up with her she must have said that to me four times nonetheless here I sit with a room temperature and we'll never order from Pizza hut again

I've ordered from here twice in the last three weeks and both were delivery. Both times I asked for contactless delivery and neither time did any of the delivery drivers have on masks nor did they follow the request for contactless delivery, meaning leaving the food at my door. Even waiting a couple minutes for them to walk away they stood there.

"Pizza Hut is Open for Carryout, Curbside Pickup & Contactless DeliveryWhen ordering, call and ask a team member for contactless carryout or curbside pickup, or click 'leave my order at the door when choosing delivery.Your food will be set in a food safe liner and either placed on your car for curbside pickup, your doorstep for delivery, or our constantly cleaned counter for carryout. For an even more contactless experience, pre-pay and tip using your credit or debit card online. The health and well-being of our customers and team members is our #1 priority. Some locations do not offer curbside pickup. Our team members do their best to accommodate contactless and other instructions, but availability may vary, and is not guaranteed."Posted on April 14, 2020THEY DO NOT DO THIS, BUT THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No dinner, no customer service, and my CC is STILL charged!!!!!!!!!!!

Is this what you give your customers when they ask for a non-doughy pizza? Then when I called you guys had the nerve to hang up in my face. My fiancé ate a slice to test it but I'm not eating this bs!!!!!!

This place is a complete joke. The whole staff there seems like they just hate their job and not in a hurry at all to greet people who sat down. 4 out of the past 5 times I've been there they've messed up my order and it wasn't busy in there at all. Always wrong toppings or wrong type of crust. Last visit was about a week ago. We waited 15 minutes before anyone came to greet us and take our drink order. Took about 8 minutes for our drinks to come out. We ordered cheese bread sticks and pizza. The pizza took about 40 minutes and there was literally 2 other tables there. Our pizza came out first with the wrong crust and no sauce. Our cheese breadsticks came out after. They never came to ask how everything was and we had to go up to the counter to ask for sauce and a box because they never stopped by to check in. I herd the staff say "sorry for the wait" to the other tables there. Literally nobody was doing anything. It wasn't like they had a ton of deliveries or anything. Just flat out lazy. This place has terrible service. I can't stand going to this location anymore. Not to mention the place was dirty and nothing was clean.

I'm not from around here, so I'm staying in a hotel nearby. Craving nothing but warm, steaming pizza and some parmesan bread sticks (as usual), I ordered delivery to my hotel. Being cautious as a young woman alone in my room, I instructed them to deliver it to the front desk. I called the front desk to ask them to call my room when he had arrived. The hotel is partially at fault here as well, but he delivered my food to my room anyway. It took almost 2 hours for it arrive; I was expecting a delay because of the snow storm, however google says they're 0.9 miles from my hotel. The pizza was lukewarm, over cooked and kinda tough. The breadsticks were very tasty but they were cold as well. And unfortunately the marinara sauce was more like tomato soup.

LOCATION: It is on the North side of 28th Street in Grandville. Just down from the Ford dealership & sharing a parking lot with Elders Appliances. I visited this location on 5/29/2015 at about 12:15. There were 4 tables of patrons (so not busy). The location was clean. It does not have the lunch buffet which I like but that was ok. STAFF: I was first greeted by a brown haired girl wearing a black polo type staff shirt. She was VERY pleasant & friendly. My server, a blonde haired younger girl, however was not as friendly, she basically said what she needed and that was it. She had a demeanor about her that basically stated "I am here to do my job, get paid & that is it". She was not at all as friendly as the other women was. She never asked if we wanted refills and only checked on us to see if I needed a box & give me the bill at the end of our meal. FOOD: I ordered the Lunch Deal for $6.99 (total $7.41 with tax), You get to pick 2 items off of the listed items and a beverage. I choose the 9" pizza & 4 pizza rolls for my child & I to split. The Pizza - came out hot (which it should I was dinning in!), but wasn't cut very well, I tried cutting slices with my butter knife they provide but that wasn't cutting it either, so had to basically just start ripping it apart. Besides that it tasted good. Pizza Rolls - this is the first time I have tried these & unfortunalty my last! YUCK, not for me. They were hot & looked good but just not my thing, reminds me of the stuff crust pizza (which I do not like either). CASH OUT: My server is the one that cashed me out, which I hate when they do that, makes you feel uncomfortable when you are leaving the tip on your card (I had cash for the tip luckily!). She really didn't say much (well at least not more than she had to) but she sure was good at ignoring me & chatting up with the other worker while I waited for her to cash me out!

This Pizza Hut is always an easy stand by for when our whole family gets a chance to all eat out together. This Sunday we got there and not to busy, maybe because of Super Bowl Sunday? Cheap wings with a big variety of sauces to choose from. Great service too.
