Kristina S. waited on a couple before me, even though I was there first and forgot the dozen cheddar bay biscuits I'd ordered first so my order was paid and ready a d I was still waiting on biscuits and she was waiting on others coming in instead. Never asked me if I wanted to order a drink while waiting or anything, like I was invisible. Lousy waitress

This was going to be a horrible review but I'll spare the details because of the wonderful, kind, and outgoing manager with blonde hair who made it right! One thing I will say is I don't recommend the $40 build your own "feast" because the value is not there at all for the amount of food you receive (no not expecting pounds of food because profit still needs to be made.) It just looks not even close to the pictures.

Great food as always but the waitress was pretty scatterbrained and we didn't get much attention to our table. I also work Grubhub and they do well with the food for pock up orders.
Food was ok. Red lobster has changed their portion sizes and sides. Of course, and change more.Service was not attentive and never came back.
