“The staff at this location are top notch. The first time I ordered take out from this location, my order took >30min. Without saying anything, they refunded my entire order. This food was very good, and I was so impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. The second time I ordered take out, there was a large order ahead of mine so it took longer than expected. The staff frequently checked in with me during my wait, despite being extremely busy, and they ended up offering me a drink while I waited. I will continue to recommend CoreLife grandville to all of my family and friends. I could not be more impressed with this store as a whole!“

The manager was very kind and took money off our order do to them not having avocados (we had the chipotle chicken avocado melt...it was delicious even with out the avocado) the service was great! Buttttt...it's not the cleanest restaurant I have seen. But this Panera is totally worth the messy floor to have great food and service!!“

We were told half an hour wait but we had our order in about 20 minutes. There's a wide variety of sides and beverages. Although we didn't order any the sides were homemade and looked yummy! This is such an iconic deli in our town!!“

“The subs and the service is always amazing at this location, however you can’t walk in without walking out smelling like a bonfire. The ventilation in this location definitely needs work! The ceiling is stained and it is consistently smoky. I love this place but it’s hard to stand inside for longer than a couple minutes! I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with it all day.“
