We stopped in on our way to our cabin in Kalkaska, this is the 2nd time we have stopped here. The first time through the drive through and this go round we dined in. Each time we ended up with a young man named Zachary! He was the highlight of our experience. We have not seen anyone hustle like that in years especially someone his age! His efficiency and politeness and a way to speak to people was impeccable! This young man deserves more than a pat on the back! I hope you see this Zachary and keep on trucking on in this life the way you are, you will go far! Thank you again for your service and was our pleasure being in your presence! We look forward to seeing you again in the future!

We love this place in grayling! Everything is so good and the team is exceptional! On our second visit the waitress remembered what we ordered, what was on it and what we drank! And very nice!Parking: In front of the pizza hut, it is kinda tucked in the corner of the shopping center.

Our server was a young blonde male, he was running the whole front by himself. He did an amazing job!!! He had to tell a few customers they were out of something but he handled it like a champ. I manage 2 food restaurants and I would be happy to have him as an employee. He is an asset to Grayling Pizza Hut and they are lucky to have him.

The pizza was terrible. We had carryout. The pizza was not hot and it was dry. It seemed old. We couldn't even taste any sauce. We got our pizza at 11:30 am.

All I could say is wow.....I was craving for hamburger on my way and I had to enter to get it....their hamburger was too good to be crispy....and they had a thousand option on their menu....I suggest you guys should try them out.....with great and cool customer service....the waitress was attractive and politely too....but the only reason I am giving you guys 4 stars is because the pizza was not too good....I gave it to my sister and she was pissed off...I just need you guys to work on it......I will be there again this weekend to check it out and if it is the same as before then I will stop patronizing...thanks

I meant to post this a few weeks ago but ordered carry out a few times the past few months. Order was always correct, hot, and the worker that we encountered was excellent. He was blond, tall, very helpful, and a super nice guy.

Staff are all part of the 'that's not my job' attitudeOnly 1 other group in restaurant and pizza stoll took 15 minutes more than we were told it was going to. Terrible dry crunchy pepperoni pizza cost 26 bucks and we left thirsty because staff wouldn't pour refills, even after we asked 4 times. If you're going to pizza hut, don't go to the one in grayling.Kid-friendliness: Staff wouldn't even try to communicate with 7 year old child when the child repeatedly tried to give order. No respect. Worst service ever
These kids couldn't serve a pizza. If somebody else delivered, it don't waste your time.

It takes alot to get me to leave a bad review but, I have never had such a bad experience in any restaurant before. We only got half our order cause the other half didn’t get put in for some reason. No one came to let us know that. Sat there for an hour and still we had to go up and ask. Just a terrible experience all around. We won’t be going back.
