Got 2 subs , I usually order ahead because sometimes there is a little wait . The subs are usually made pretty well but the last time I went, they seemed a little small. Customer service is pretty good but it was also a lot slow the last time I went. Just depends on the worker .

This place never has meatballs and is not willing to make them after 5pm. The people that work there don't know how to cancel an order that was made online or refund the money paid to be able to get what you want somewhere else. If you want subway and live in this area... drive to Gaylord for it.

I was robbed of my money when I ordered online. No refund nor food ever delivered.Orders should not be accepted online when a location is closed or have issue. There is no dispute button in the app.

if I could give this no stars I would. tonight I had placed an online order. I waited 30 minutes for my sandwiches to be made. I go inside and I get a very extremely rude employee named Destiny. She seem to be high at work with whatever drug she took. She wasn't polite when it came to not having my bread, wasnt polite when it came to my choice of bread or to hear about a refund. She proceeded to tell me to drive back in a hour if I want the bread I ask for. my order was placed at 625pm on 1/8/2024. how does this damn subway not have any bread options available? is it pure laziness and just don't want to serve people? or they just too high to care? yall subway corp need to have a talk with that store manager to figure out what that deal is. I'm not very happy. I barely go here because everytime I do they don't have any bread options. Destiny deserves -5 stars for her poor performance and customer service she displayed tonight. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND IF SHES WORKING!!

The sandwich maker was very nice but the sandwich was almost a bun sandwich. I've never had one with so little meat on it!

3 o’clock on a weekday not open when clearly website and front door says 9-10. Tried calling no one picked up the phone?

Was closed at 8:20pm. Actual closing time is 9:00pm. Employees were cleaning up and ignoring my knocking on the door. Anyways I walked a couple of steps nearby called BC pizza and I would recommend you all to go there from the reviews I saw of this Subway.

One worker at lunch time with tons of customers. Ordered ahead and of course it wasn’t done on time, but this guy kicked butt at getting everyone’s orders done. Wish I caught his name. He deserves a raise for sure and certainly another employee there with him!

The windows are disgusting and have been for some time. This place needs to be bulldozed and a Jersey Mike's built in it's place.

They were out of items in the menu we ordered online. No one called to inform us of this. They told us no one was picking up there phone. They have 2 people on the line 1 hiding in the back. I understand it was busy but there wasn't anyone asking if you were waiting on an online order to inform us they were out of items. Very poor customer service
