Service sucked , seen waitress for initial order and got appetizer with no plates or silverware ten minutes later we got silverware Food never came after sitting for an hour, people who came in after us got there food. Floor had food , wrappers , Mac and cheese all over the walkway. What a joke!

My family and I went to Applebees here in Greenville and we wanted to make a HUGE SHOUT OUT to our server STACEY H. she was a fantastic server . She was bubbly and on top of things the whole time and she went over and beyond for us . It blew us away . We haven’t had a server be like that to us ever in our life . She seem like her enjoys what she does and she puts a huge smile on her face when she does and it don’t come off . She was amazing and we when we come back here we will definitely be asking to sit in her section every time. So if you want a fantastic server for your family please don’t hesitate to ask for her she will never disappoint. Have a great day . The service was ok. She only came to our table once. I ordered a medium well steak and it was well done. Asked for a new steak and it was the same steak I returned. I refused to get another. My veggies were cold and hard to eat. Atleast my salad was good.
