Best subs in town at a great value. Usually a line out the door at lunchtime but the guys making sandwiches are pros- even when slicing fresh meat and cheese for each sandwich they can make a ton of sandwiches fast. The longest I've ever waited in line is 5 minutes even with a line to the door. Grab a Faygo red pop and a bag of sour cream and onion Better Mades and you've got yourself a lunch. True Detroit classic.
I got some pizzas here for a party and they were a huge hit. The dough is made there and it tastes like it. The toppings were plentiful and fresh. I hate canned mushrooms and was happy to see they use fresh mushrooms on the pizza. Good beer selection. Wine is a fair amount pricier than other stores so we don't buy it from here. Friendly service.

Love the belly busters. For a long time I did a lot of work in the GP area. And Mr A's was always a must. Sure the price has gone way up(as everything has) but nothing beats a Winter's liver sausage belly buster with Hoffman super sharp and plain yellow mustard. The pizza is stupendous as well.
