Howlers and Growlers is one of the best spots in Grosse Pointe Park! They have a huge rotating selection of beers as well as wine and liquor. The staff are always incredibly friendly and really go the extra mile to make ones visit enjoyable. Last night we had the mac and cheese, pub burger and tacos. Everything was perfect and we left very satisfied. There was a live band too! Great for families and people with kids.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room and kid friendly!
Great place to watch the game... Or just soak in the atmosphere. Our server was friendly, fast and helpful; and last but not least the food was EXCELLENT. Also, even if you're not a booze drinker (so the 40 tap beers would be meaningless), they made a damn good mocktail, complete with fancy cup. It was just a bit chilly inside and for longer stay I might prefer a comfier seat. Overall 5 stars; will try to return on Karaoke Fridays! It has been over 2 years since we have gone here for dinner. In the past I wasn't overwhelmed with their food, even though they're beer selection is top notch. Glad I let my wife make the call and we went here for dinner.We all ended up getting burgers, and my wife and I both commented that these were the best burgers we have had in a long, long time. Howlers and Growlers is now firmly back in my radar when we want to go out for burgers and a beer.
