I was recently in here and the manager helped me and he was super nice, so I decided to order delivery because I am sick with a nasty stomach bug, and am trying to get some nutrients in on day 3… well I ordered a smoothie, and it’s like it’s barely blended. There are chunks of pineapple, ginger and mango that keep getting stuck in the straw, and pieces of ice, and it’s not even worth trying to drink. It totally needs to be blended :(I also ordered some premade juices so I assume those are fine, I’m just really disappointed. There’s also no way to rate the order or reach out through the app for issues like this. And delivery was $6.Just bummed out. Heads up if you order delivery that this could happen.

Food was good, the Place is clean but the service is lacking. They don't greet you or guide you when you come in and you can stay at the countertop for a while before they even know you're there. Definitely needs management.

I hadn’t been here in a few years since the times of Covid when you had to order and receive curbside or a max of customers in at a time. I visited today and the service was trash ?. I was not greeted when walking in, so I was confused until I seen a person walk right up and start ordering. They had too much going on, no one is speaking and asking if you already ordered or are ordering. I walked out. A simple acknowledgment probably would’ve kept my business.

It was good in taste. I think salads need to have more. They are starting to get scarce. Hoping this is addressed. People should get a good portion for the amount charged for salads

Very good smoothies! If you have the app on your phone you get lots of nice perks for joining. Very clean store and the staff is always friendly. If you don't see a smoothie you want you can create your own.

I like this place, it's health, fast and most of all quiet. The drinks are top shelf and the food is satisfying yet does not have you feeling like you over ate.Vegetarian options: You aren't required to select meat and can substitute.Dietary restrictions: Works if your on a diet but don't like that diet taste

Some food is handmade while you wait and other food comes in pre made like the tomato soup. The turkey avocado wrap was good. The strawberry banana smoothie did give me energy.

Hello! Former employee of Beyond GPW/Village locations for almost 3 years. I had to unexpectedly and unfortunately part ways with this flexible PT job I enjoyed, that was challenging with a sound work dynamic, once in its prime, due to an unexpected GM termination/replacement in November 2023.Approximately one month ago is when everything changed for our entire original staff of baristas/management. Their current GM in charge (and I repeat in charge) leads with a leadership style that does not and will not work in this profession/business. Sadly, it may take the loss of several long term, best working employees, or maybe an entire staff replacement, to appreciate and see that.Discrimination, making commentary an employee’s appearance in the particular manner it was addressed in recent conversations is inappropriate, disrespectful and wrong. Several current and former employees are owed apologies they never received, as this company is working diligently to hide their mistakes/remove these reviews to perceive a particular image to the public.Appreciate the staff you have before they become the staff you had.

Excellent array of smoothies, juices and food. We love Beyond! My kids are always excited to go to Beyond and I don’t have to feel guilty about letting them indulge because there are many delicious healthy options. A bit pricey, but the rewards add up quickly and make it more affordable.I did have an issue with the cup holders being flimsy, but when I notified the team at this particular location, they were very responsive. They are getting sturdier cup holders with en the next couple weeks. A++ for customer service.

Awesome food and service! Today 10/14 is their 5th year anniversary, stop in until 5pm for a FREE 20 oz smoothie of your choice! The razzle dazzle is sweet and delicious and the grilled cheese and wraps are excellent! Very friendly and welcoming staff that provide consistent quality food with fresh ingredients. This location is my favorite! So clean and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere!

A total waste! I ordered a classic acai bowl. It seemed like the bowl had everything but acai in it. Why even call it an acai bowl when it has so little acai? You should call it a peanut butter bowl with extra granola, coconut and chocolate chip. Perhaps add a note on the container:“May Contain Acai.”
