One of my favorites, they even have a bakery inside with all kinds of delicious options available. Staff her is super friendly. They do have street parking and a lot in the back by the atm. Can you really go wrong with anything at coldstone its just good stuff.

Their customer service is terrible. The ice cream is already melting in a couple of minutes she gave to us. She was going back and worth a number of times to the kitchen to get the stuff she needs while laying the ice cream on her mixing table.

Filthy store, slow employees. Placed an order online, arrived at pickup time and they hadn’t even started making it. 5 employees standing behind counter with no customers.

Worst experience. The workers weren't warm and inviting. There was a long black hair in one of the bins of ice cream. I waited in line for about 20 minutes for my turn and I ordered 3 ice creams. The time between my first ice cream being done and my third was easily 15 minutes so I didn't get to sit and enjoy my ice cream with my family. They were done and bored by the time I got mineEven trying to pay was time consuming since the girl decided talking to her coworkers was more important than assisting me at the register.There were 3 people working. It shouldn't take 40 minutes from the time I walk in to the time I sit down with my ice cream when only 5 people were ahead of me.
Christopher Paul Lukas is the kindest man I have ever met. He always treats me with the utmost respect, and makes my ice cream nice and tasty :) 10/10

Mario was amazing yesterday on National Ice Cream Day! My grandson and I visit this location weekly when I babysit him….Mario was so kind to my grandson, and creating conversation on how his school day was, etc., When walking out my grandson even committed on how Mario gave us the best service, and how nice he was. Mario for Managing this location. The other staff team is nothing like Mario.

I am not sure how this place stays in business in GP. I know businesses need staff but 0 of 4 employees greeted me. They laughed and coughed over my ice cream; one girl told the guy making it “don’t give her that much” like I couldn’t hear, and the final straw was when they dropped the SPOON and STILL STUCK THE SAME SPOON IN THE ICE CREAM! I politely said this is not appetizing no thank you and left. I will make sure no one I know goes into this place. Not only rude, but so so gross. They sort of looked around to see if I saw the spoon drop and then laughed when they put it back in my ice cream. They thought I couldn’t see from the cash register.

I came to this Cold Stone location after dinner one day as I have been eagerly waiting to try the new Mario and Luigi themed ice cream! It's called the "Superstar Sprinkle Bash" and is made with cake batter ice cream, vanilla cake pieces, blue frosting, and sprinkles. I am a (self declared) cake batter connoisseur so I love trying all the items flavored like cake batter. I give this creation a 9/10! I subtracted a point because it turned my mouth blue I should've expected that, but I was too excited to think that far ahead! The cake batter flavor was on point and I would still order this again...just as long as me having a blue mouth won't hinder the rest of the day This Cold Stone location also has a display case filled with different kinds of candies such as toffee, truffles, chocolate covered pretzels and more. All of the ice cream seemed fresh. I appreciate they offer a dairy free option for those with allergies. I sampled it and it was very tasty! However, it is really unfortunate that someone with a dairy intolerance or allergy can not have any mix ins since the cold stones are not cleaned in between orders. My creation was made in the same spot as the person in front of me. The workers scrape away what they can from previous orders, but I did notice some chocolate pieces in my non-chocolate order. For me I can get over it as I do not have any known allergies, but someone with severe allergies and sensitivities would be at risk of a reaction. I did not think to ask how they handle allergies, but I will try to remember that next time I visit. I did notice many employees were in the back when only one person was handling the after dinner rush of guests. I'm sure the back was handling online orders and cakes, but I felt bad for the one girl handling a long line of people. Overall, my visit to this Cold Stone location was a success and I look forward to my next!
