Quiet place with Wonderful bagels. Hard to say the best around, but they're at least tied. Sweet, savory, breakfast sandwiches, they're all great. Will be a regular customer, so long as we're close to one.

Very clean and not too loud. The host are very pleasant and nice. You have to pay for parking but it's cheap parking. The food is very good a fresh. Can't go wrong spending your breakfast here.

Blah. No consistency. Sometimes you get a tiny thin film of cream cheese, sometimes thick cold hunks in your bagel. More often you get almost no cream cheese ( cheapskates!) Sometimes when requesting a toasted bagel it's burned and sometimes it's totally not toasted at all. LAZY. Very very limited menu. Only reason it gets a star is because of the hazelnut coffee. Unfortunately the Starbucks and Panera in the Village are equally mediocre. Goto LeRouge Boulangerie further down Kercheval for real breakfast pastries.

It wasn’t nearly as good as I expected it to be. Went for the first time yesterday and got the Farmhouse Egg Sandwich and an iced coffee. Both were not good.

Had a strangely subpar experience compared to the other area Einsteins. We ordered a chocolate chip bagel and they gave us two. When asked why, they said, “because we charged you for two.” Then when we got into the All Nighter sandwiches, they were on a different bagel than we ordered. Santa Fe sandwich was also strangely subpar… toasted less than usual and egg had a bitter taste.

Don't waste your time. Go to the one on Mack Ave. Night and day quality and service between the two.

I've been ordering the garden avocado for years and once in a while would get one with rotten food. The past several times they all had rotten avacado, spinach and they are using these gross steak tomatoes now. I called to see if there been a change in supplier or management and they didn't have "time" for me. Do not expect quality from this store. I will never order from here again. They give you half of a muffin if you do an online order as well.
