I mentioned that I would need extra time 'cause I didn't know the menu as it was my first time at Jersey Mike's. [Rafael] highlighted the menu set up, options, sizes and sides, with professionalism and courtesy. The other staff were helpful with alternative suggestions. The food was great and the service was fast and friendly, what more could you ask? I've been goi g to this jersey mikes since it opened in the village. It's always had bad service . I'm a big fan of Jm ! Their service is horrible ! This time they forgot a sub again! So I drive back and figured my sub would be made and ready to go . Well it wasn't they did t even start on it . The place was packed , I could clearly tell the employees didn't care ! So I was going to have to wait even longer for my sub to be made . Hell I even tipped them like I normally do . So I ended up getting a refund and turned my hr lunch break into an 1hr 45 min ! Poorly run establishment ! I recommend going elsewhere ! They should close this place !
