“Love the self-pour concept, as you can try out drinks without a large glass commitment. Both the peach cider and shandy I tried were fantastic. Pizza was also really good and the menu had plenty of vegetarian and healthy options. Service was friendly. Overall, I'm just glad this is here. Boulder's Bistro & Brew is the perfect spot to unwind after a session at the climbing gym next door. “Smoothies/juices are perfect any time of the day. We were visiting Detroit for the first time in February and were fortunate to find this shop a few short blocks from our hotel - Westin Book Cadillac Hotel. The shop is located on the first floor of the historic Dime building/Chrysler House. We were greeted and served by the owner- Steven. He gave great suggestions and we ended up with the Evolution smoothie and Cacao bowl w/açaí base. We also grabbed some of the energy bites to go from the case. Everything tasted so good!!! So refreshing and delicious!! It was closed today Sunday, but we will definitely return tomorrow morning before heading back to the airport. Thank you again to you and your wife for bringing a little of taste of the island to the big city. ?️Looking forward to visiting again upon our return.“

It's our go-to one.Vegetarian options: Let's face it, most of the menu is fruit and vegetables with ice. You can do a lot with that. The main menu does have some vegetarian options like cheese quesadillas and some vegetarian sides. Mostly it's about the smoothies.Dietary restrictions: They will add what you ask them to add and keep out what you don't want in your drinks.Parking: It's a hopping plaza, so the traffic is constantly coming and going. You can probably find a spot quickly, but you may need to hunt.“
