Saw hole in the wall store front a few months ago and figured if place was open it must be good pizza. It was! The old guy made me the best pizza ever! Thick crust, awesome sauce, plenty of cheese that doesnt bother my gut. Had little ceasars pizza before that caused me to go for an EKG cuz yhe heartburn was so bad. Ernestos pizza is great. Can eat a few pieces and no heartburn. Good quality ingredients. Depends whos making it on a given night how good it is, but overall a very good pizza. Yummy!

I have going to Harbor beach and Port Hope since I was a little kid. I have never ever had this place until this weekend and I have to say I liked it, so did the rest of my party.I thought the amount of cheese was fine (especially for cold pizza!) the pie's had a nice fluffy dough and the toppings were hearty and plentiful. My only issue is that toppings underneath the cheese, I don't mind the idea but it leads to the toppings slipping off the dough. Very good pizza though, I will be a returning customer when I go up with family in a few weeks.

This place is always excellent. I grew up with it when I was a kid and I'm growing old with it as I'm an adult. Highly recommend. Still the original Ernesto recipe. He was such a great original Italian guy.

Pizza has WAY too much cheese. Not everyone likes it like that. Don't like the fact it's over the toppings. I had to peel the cheese off to eat it. Please look into making it optional
