I used an online coupon so the price was acceptable. I waited in my car until the link said my order was ready . I went inside but my order was not in the pickup area. One employee was handing out orders at the drive up window. After a few minutes he turned and said "just a minute." A couple of minutes later he found my order and handed it to me. Really not a bad experience just took a little longer than I expected.

Located right on Harper. Not a very big parking lot. Service was ok. Waited about 10 minutes to get my food. Quality of the food was pretty good first time having the chicken sandwich and I really enjoyed it. 4/5 stars overall.

Spent $9 todays for the new wings when I got to my job they had hair and feathers on them. I couldn’t eat that so I had to throw my lunch away I did not have time to turn around so I called and this man answered and said well I have to see the food first because we don’t have hair on our chicken so when I told him I threw my food away and was at work he said then no I cannot refund you, you are supposed to show me the food first. They lack customer service at this location bad and whoever I spoke with should not be running a business.
