Along with some other things, I ordered 2 sausage and cheese on an English muffin -No egg. Which is 2.69 each at any other Tim Hortons. She rang it up at 3.69 each and told me it’s different prices at different places. So apparently this location charges more for everything even though it’s drive through only and offers fewer items than other locations. I canceled my order and went elsewhere and will be staying away from this location.

Been to this location multiple times and frequent Tim Hortons in Metro Detroit. Ordered two coffees with cream, sugar and hazelnut flavor. Was charged for the flavor and did not recieve it in either of my coffees. This was after I tried to order a hash brown and was told they would not make anymore because they were out and too close to ending breakfast. I was offered a donut or muffin to put on the order, I ordered a muffin but was upcharged for it so I asked to swap it out for a donut if it was not an up charge. I was told it was not so I asked to do a donut instead. I was handed the food first and the beverages with no hazelnut and charged and extra $1.38 because I did not get flavor in my coffee.

Ordered an Iced Capp but was rudely informed that their machine is “broken” so I ordered an iced coffee instead. Was given a plastic cup of lukewarm coffee with no ice in it. Employees were rude.
