This place is ridiculous! I ordered an Orange Julius (you know... the name on the sign?!) And they gave me what tasted like a sugar and milk slushy. I called and asked if they could fix it and they gave me an attitude about it. Finally she says she'd fix it. Drove all the way back there from Gladwin and they say there's nothing they can do! Then they decide they can fix it... their fix was to add pineapple mango flavoring to my drink! Absolutely terrible service! They said there's no management there... these people need not work without supervision!

This place used to be really decent, been bringing my kids here for 10 years now. Their prices now are kind of ridiculous. I got 2 chili cheese dogs and 2 cheese dogs and it costs over $15. That's a bit much. Especially considering the cheese was slice cheese just melted on top. Sad to say but my kids and I are going to have to find a new place to get our ice cream and finger foods

We were happy as hell to see that our local DQ would be open thru the winter months. Our town of Harrison is limited on fastfood choices, not to mention Ice Cream Shops are countable on one hand. For years I, myself, have ventured to DQ not only for the soft serve ice cream, but for foot long chili dogs, barbecue sandwiches, and thick shakes of almost any flavor your heart desires. With that being said..... If you are going to own a national franchise, adopt their recipes and food choices, and of course make your menu visible to the entire universe via the World Wide Web......Remove the items that your store will Not be offering to your patrons. Nothing more frustrating than looking up a menu, finding your favorites, and ordering those items .... Just to be told we don't offer those items at this location.... Grrrr

We took residence from our group home up and didn't realize it was closed however the owner was there and let us know that it was closed but then he just gave us some ice cream for our residents and that was the sweetest thing possible as they were all excited. I will always go here now as that was one of the most caring things a person has done

First I would like to say that we love Dairy Queen. I do have an issue though. We go there two or three times a week during the season and frequently order the same thing. The problem is they are never the same. I usually get the Snickers Blizzard. One time it will have chocolate and next time there will be none. Same with the Turtle Blizzard - different every time. Are they using a recipe?
