I love a good sub from subway but when it's busy some of the workers just throw your sub together with no regard to properly spreading your toppings throughout your sandwich. I understand they are busy and want to get people through the line in a timely manner but if your going to do it wrong then doing it fast doesn't really count for much. Other than that the food is always good and worth the buy

Ordered online so I could do the BOGO50 deal. They messed up my sandwich. I'm 15 minutes away, it's 9PM, my husband and I both just got off work. They said we can bring the sandwich there and they'll remake it. We are tired. We both worked 12 hour shifts. They were like, save the sandwich and bring it in another time. The guy said, "I'm sorry! I made it. I know that's not how it was ordered." He was super polite, but the lady in the background was not. She was rude.

The employees were too busy watching videos on a customers phone over the counter to get the two subs I ordered right. Placed an online order and got home to see both subs missing ingredients and incorrectly made. They were cold and soggy even though they were supposed to be toasted.
