Everytime I order from here they forget to add stuff to my smoothie. I pay extra for the add ins and they don't ever put them in. I can always tell by the color, that they don't add in my things. I always have to bring my order back and it's ridiculous that they have attitudes when they could just simply read the tickets. Even smoothies that have more than one thing in them, they forget to add things. Why make people pay extra for add ins if you guys aren't gonna add in my upcharges to my beverage.

Dale & his team are amazing! We had a mishap today, not even on Tropical Smoothie Cafe's end. It was the Door Dasher!! I ordered lunch for my 12 year old daughter who is home sick with the flu on Door Dash. Door Dasher picked up the wrong food ? and dropped it off. Apparently it was all vegetarian and something she wouldn't eat. I called Door Dash first since I ordered with them, he said there's nothing he can do and he's not even in the area and blamed Tropical Smoothie. He didn't care at all he said I would have to call Tropical Smoothie that they put the wrong tag on the wrong order. After I talked to Dale that wasn't the truth. Dale went above and beyond for me. Reached out to Door Dash, re made the food and had them drop it off to my daughter! Thank you for the excellent customer service and it doesn't go unnoticed!! From a Business Owners perspective more businesses need to be like you! Thank you for making something chaotic and making it right.

Love the curbside service! That is super convenient but the inside of this location is always clean and the employees are quick to get your order ready accurately. I love the açaí berry boost and Bahama mama smoothie, but this time tried the pomegranate plunge. I always do no sugar sub honey and this was delicious that way! I liked the all American breakfast wrap, the eggs were just a little runny and broken up for my taste, but I loved how tightly the wrap was made and it wasn't messy to eat. My only critique (more for TSC app) is to make the honey substitute for smoothies and option on the app so that you don't have to call the store after placing an online order.

Full size smoothie $6.99Fresh, large egg bacon roll $3.99Natural and fresh, and much cheaper than the frappe and McDoubles and McChickens my 12 year old wanted.Decided to try this because it was right next to CVS, and why not? Healthier option in a time crunch.All of the ingredients are visible and fresh.The young man preparing the smoothies was like an optimized, perfect bot.Service at the register was friendly.Don't let the younger staff throw you off. They do produce quality.My daughter gave her food an official 10/10 and "will eat this again for sure".Atmosphere and decor enjoyable and very liminal space like.Definitely cool place.

I’m extremely upset with this location. I placed an online order, got there less than five minutes after they said my order would be ready, and both of the smoothies I ordered were completely melted and tasted so watered down that if I didn’t know any better, I wouldn’t know know I was drinking a smoothie at all. I guess I’ll be sticking to my normal location (north of 12 mile on Harper) that make their smoothies fresh and put them in the fridge.

staff was friendly, but food was wrong :( asked for the avocado grilled cheese without bacon and to add tomato, and there was still bacon on the sandwitch without tomatos on it. I'm vegetarian, and that was very upsetting, all the other trops get it right :(

Customer service was good took longer to make than expected and then I find a whole piece of deli paper in my sandwich.. SMH! Pretty sure I either need a refund or a free sandwich since this wasn't cheap...
Something happened! This place used to be the best at smoothies, but not anymore. They are sooo watered down now. And don't pay for extras...you won't get them. We have tastebuds...we can tell the difference. Bye bye Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

Smoothies where delicious! The whole purpose of curbside is I cant come inside upon arrival my text said come in to get the order. If I could come in I wouldn't have ordered it that way I had to send my elderly mom into pick it up. Terrible service next time I will find a drive thru

For starters I don’t think having a group of 16-year-olds running a store is a great idea. I asked for part of my smoothie to be put in a smaller cup for my daughter. They filled 3 small cups up of the smoothie and gave me two of the cups I said you can put the rest of the smoothie in a regular cup you don’t have to give me a small cup. They said we’re not allowed to do that you either get one big cup or two small cups. I don’t see the logic in that considering I paid full price and I only received 2/3rds of my smoothie. Definitely will not be coming back.
