“Our daughter’s MSU med school commencements were earlier the afternoon (through the evening) of our visit. Since we live in Metro Detroit, I thought it was a better idea to find a restaurant on the way home from East Lansing. I had never heard of this establishment, but the Google maps info was very helpful (photos, reviews), and our daughter selected Single Barrel Social.SBS did not disappoint. From the atmosphere, menu selections, and hospitality, the five of us had an outstanding experience. The staff was so accommodating, especially our waitress, Chelsea H. Our food was sublime!We are a pretty hard bunch to please and frequent all the newest restaurants in Midtown, Corktown, Downtown Detroit, Ferndale, Birmingham…and more. We were pleasantly surprised that this level of detail to everything existed on the far outskirts of Metro Detroit. Bravo!“

“My family recently moved to Michigan, and we’ve been trying restaurants around Brighton to learn more about the area. El Arbol has the best tacos that I’ve had so far in Michigan. I especially love their brussels sprout tacos. They also make a great spicy margarita. I love dining there with our toddler because they are fast with service.“

“I hosted a work dinner for a group of 30 people. We did a great buffet! The food was fantastic and the service was superior! The Canopy offers a great space to host a party.“
“Ordered pizza, hand cut fries, and beers. Food was delicious and atmosphere was what I expected. A locals watering hole where everyone knows each other and treats you like family. We will definitely go back. Next time we will try dart boards and juke box.“

“Stopped by on a slow Tuesday night to grab a few sliders. Brain behind the bar was friendly and attentive, burgers were great. Nice beer selction on tap. New establishment, but felt more like a neighbor bar. Will be back.Wheelchair accessibility: Direct access from wide sidewalk.“
