Most everyone here is super kind and great service. There are just a couple that need better customer service skills. The entire morning crew is fabulous!!!! I personally do not like the espresso here, but I do drink the brewed coffee and the non-espresso drinks.
Biggby Coffee is my occasional treat since moving to Michigan almost a year ago. And not one of their shops have ever disappointed in coffee flavor, or service. Everyone that I have encountered has always been kind and helpful.

Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful! I've had minimal issues with mistakes, and I like complicated things. Coffee is delicious, tea lattes are even better. Bragels are the best sandwiches!
