They cater to you if you're in the drive thru, I placed an order online, went to the store ten minutes later, and still waited 30 minutes before I finally gave up because I had to be somewhere. Awful.

After being denied from a competitor from around the corner. I called Biggby on Chicago Drive and ask if they could make me up 12 hot chocolates for my family who had been sledding. Zach was more than willing to help me out even though they were closing in 20 minutes. Zach and his coworker knocked him out My family was thrilled when I pulled up with the hot chocolate! Just want to say thank you for the great service!!

Road trip, stopped for coffee and Bagel sandwich. The coffee carafe was empty. I ordered Bagel sandwich with sausage and egg. She repeated back, you don't want cheese? I said correct, no cheese. The sandwich was lukewarm at best and slathered with cream cheese. Yuk.
