For a steakhouse to not offer ribeye seems odd. The sirloin was good but not as flavorful and of course not as tender. The slab of ribs are smaller than they used to be there, but are good. My wife thought the flavor was lacking in the sweet potato with just plain butter, so they may rely on the flavored butter to give it the wow factor.

Haven't been there in over 13 years as I was living out of state. My wife and I came back to Michigan and went there for our anniversary. We usually go to one of the ones in Grand Rapids, but went to the one in Holland instead. Absolutely no difference between them. A fantastic meal as always! Will be back and back again! Can't do a review without mentioning the delicious yeast rolls. They are very addictive!
Service is hit or miss unless you're at the bar. Food is the same, hit or miss. Sometimes, you'll get your steak actually cooked the way you ordered it, others, not so much.

Had a waitress who appeared to be high as a kite, she kept disappearing and not coming back. Food was hot and overall decent. Host was friendly at the door. Was a mid experience. Would probably return only real negative was the waitress.

It was a packed house!!! But the food that came right out was so delicious ? and the server was attentive. James was the server, and he did so great! I will say it is a bit pricey so come with some money if you are going to eat.

After our group of 10 was basically blown off at a few other places over the phone we called Branns and they got us in right away. It looked like they even opened a part of the restaurant just to make sure they could get us in on an otherwise steady Saturday night.

This place has really gone downhill in the past few years.
Went to go have dinner . Husbands ID was expired so they said they couldn’t serve him alcohol. No big deal. Sister left her ID at home . No big deal . I was the only one who had a VALID NOT EXPIRED ID . I ordered my trash can . The rest ordered lemonade and coke . After an hour of waiting to order , the manager - with the missing tooth (who isn’t really the manager and lied and told me he was) told us that no server was comfortable serving us . He tried to say because of the id being expired for 6 months (which was a lie it’s only been about 2 months) then he said because my sister didn’t have her ID which didn’t make sense because neither of them had an alcoholic beverage . Mind you I AM THE ONLY ONE DRINKING . Then the “manager” started to say my ID isn’t Valid Because it was a TEXAS ID Which I have been using here at branns since I’ve been visiting in 2020 . My ID doesn’t Expire till April 2024 . I then said well I don’t have to drink . . But it wasn’t even that , at this point he said none of the servers there wanted to serve our table and that we had to leave . Took our drinks off the table and just left . . . I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and have never been treated like this until today .
The food and service were spot on, and their draft beer was was cold as it should be. We enjoyed our night out.

I can only give this visit 3 stars. The baked potato was tough. Fully cooked, but the skin was tough. The yeast roll was tough as well. The 8 oz sirloin was very good. The salad was fresh.
