Cussed at by employee while the other was smoking while making food. Employee was irrate I "wasn't answering my phone to tell me they didn't have any tater tots". I didn't even order tater tots, it was someone else's order. I had to show him the email of my order for him to believe me. Employee never even apologized for his mistake. Never going to this Domino's again maybe not even the Domino's chain in general

Placed an online order for 11pm so I could eat on my lunch break, been waiting for 20 mins just for the delivery driver to show up. Now I got 5 mins left to find something to eat for the next 6 hours, food is what gives me energy for these 12 hour shifts. I called and cancelled it and they didn’t even apologize or offer discount or anything. Definitely will not recommend and relying them to deliver on time. Pick another place cause this place ain’t it especially with the prices and the quality of the food

And hour and a half and two phone calls later, we finally get our food delivered. It was cold and far from freshly cooked. I called and spoke to Lydia, she said she was the manager. She stated if I wanted a remake, I needed to return the food to the store. I said that wasn’t possible, that’s why I had it delivered. She said that was my only option. I gave her the option to either pick up the food and/or refund the money. She said no. I told her I’d be calling corporate. She told me not to threaten her. I said it was a promise. She hung up on me. I contacted corporate. I worked many years in the service industry, so I have a lot of empathy for a lot of situations and I let a lot slide. This was really bad. Lydia shouldn’t be in a management position.

Terrible service, don't answer phones. Order wrong. Tonight the manager actually hung up on me cuz they proceeded to not deliver everything they were supposed to, he called me honey and told me that I would never order there

Took 2 and a half hours for delivery. Tried to call the store to cancel but no one would answer. Waited on hold for over 30 minutes before I gave up

Orders were back up for about 2 hours and I put mine in already waiting 45 mins. I seen one person making the pizzas but 5 ppl standing around.

Friday evening placed an order for delivery at 520pm. Received an alert on the tracker app saying it was done and going through a quality check at 549pm. Pizza finally arrived at 643pm. 1 hour and 23mins later. If the pizza was hot and good, I would have let the long wait slide. Unfortunately, the pizza was barely warm. Also, the cheese was quite burnt in some areas. Not sure what the quality check was for because the quality was bad. Very unhappy. Tried to call and talk to someone to get a refund but they never answered after waiting an additional 30 minutes on the phone. Not sure how this is acceptable for a business.

Order took way too long. Estimated pick up time was 25 minutes when I put the order thru. Arived 45 minutes after the order was placed and still had to wait another 2o minutes. Got home and the cheese on the pizza was barely melted and the crust was almost raw. The stuffed cheese bread was another story. The cheese on the inside wasn't melted and the dough was raw in some places
