Great company for school funsraisers. They do onlne and brochure combined! We have been using them for many years. The best tasting popcorn in existence! Sonja is helpful and amazing. I have been working with her for years. If there have been any issues, she is right on it. I would recommend this company to anyone, and actually have!

Can't speak to the benefits and experience of dealing with this company for fundraising. I can however speak to the quality of the product they are selling. The cookie dough is a joke. Poor quality, lack of ingredients m&m cookies had several without candies in the cookie. Same with the macadamia. little chocolate in the chocolate chip cookies. Feel guilty for actually selling this to people. Guarantee my child will not push this product off on people again.

This is about as close to a scam as one can get. Our biggest concern is the same idiots that chose to use this company are educating our children. As far as the products are concerned, complete and cheap junk food. We've done the cookies and the popcorn. Threw both away. Not worth giving to the homeless.

For a company that's sole purpose is to make fundraising simple and easy, they couldn't be further from that. Every single step of the way was confusing, frustrating and wrong.I had two different dance teams that used this fundraiser, and despite asking them over 15 different times to separate them, they mixed the information and orders up to the bitter end. (One order would have the address of the other, names were spelled wrong, email addresses were wrong, contact people got mixed up. )Please check over your orders carefully, our dancers who had online sales had a zero profit on our final earnings report. I still can't decipher how they have come up with the numbers they have provided. I reached out to managers and even the owner and no one can provide a clear and accurate report of our total sales and profits.Orders were lost. Orders were incorrect. Sales people were rude and unhelpful. When we would call to get things straightened out we would be transferred from one unhelpful person to another. Our sales rep told me when I asked to speak to his manager, "I am the manager". Later I did get to speak with his manager, who was very kind, and I think is trying her best, but this company is very unorganized and I warn anyone thinking about starting a fundraiser with them to make sure you know how it works before you start and are willing to put in a LOT OF EXTRA TIME AND ENERGY into fixing their errors.To the owner of this company, whom I have reached out to numerous times, but never responded: I hope that you can get your company's procedures to a place where they are transparent and understandable. Children are out selling your products, and for you to not give them all of their profits, for whatever reason, is morally wrong and I am so disappointed that you did not show more concern when we reached out to you about what was happening.I am giving this company a 2 star review for one reason: the popcorn is actually quite delicious. I think they have a lot of great options for sales and people are very pleased with their items. The online sales option was very convenient. I just wish the actual fundraising part was done (much) more professionally. Next time I will purchase popcorn on my own and sell that.

Customer service quickly resolved order the company mixed up but the cookies just don't taste good. The cookies that were supposed to have nuts don't have more than a crumb of nut in some of the cookies but the majority had no nuts at all. The recipes need to be revamped and they need to stop skimping on the nuts. I won't order again.
