The pulled pork was tender and had good flavor. I was also happy with the portion sizes for the 2 meat combo. I wasn’t a fan of the brisket, which was bland and tasted more like a pot roast. It wasn’t necessarily bad, just wasn’t what I had expected for sliced brisket. I’d say it was cooked slow enough to be tender, but it lacked enough seasoning and almost no bark. If the flavor was there I would have rated higher.

While their pulled pork sandwiches are fine, they strike me as nothing more than homemade crock pot pulled pork made with McCormick seasoning packets. Nothing wrong with it but not what I would expect from a BBQ joint.

They catered a work party. Top notch guys! My compliments. The pulled pork was outstanding as were the ribs. I don't think they got the chicken but I imagine it's outstanding as well. Smell you guys driving by every weekend in the summer and in spite of living nearby and seeing you and wanting to visit I have never done so yet. Needless to say I will be after tonight. The Mac and cheese and pasta salad are ridiculous good. The spicy BBQ sauce is great too. Can't wait to try your chicken. I've traveled a lot and eaten more than my share of good BBQ. You folks are there at the top. It was fresh and outstanding, and it's apparent the owners care a great deal about their business. Will be in soon. Thanks for a great meal! It pleases me to see proving competitive with kfc and Popeyes and such, but far better food.

Whoever the cashier was working on Sat Jan 20 at 2:30 with the glasses had a nasty attitude because she didn't know how to work her register. If she doesn't like her job quit and find another don't be so rude and nasty. Everyone has a bad day don't take it out on your customers you don't show your customers frustration in front of them very unprofessional regardless. In response to the owner you should take the reviews more seriously every place has a bad day and your place is no exceptions.
Always great the brisket is some of the best I've had hands down employee's are very attentive and it's very clean

I used to love this place. I picked up 2 1/2 chicken dinners, and a 1/2 order of ribs, after a couple of bites from my family they were put in the trash. The chicken was extremely overcooked and then possibly sat in steam but when you bit into it, it was just mushy in your in your mouth.The ribs were not fresh maybe smoked a week ago, dry, sharp meat and then buried in sauce I guess to try to remoisten it. Was not even able to be swallowed it was that bad.The only good thing was the pea salad, but I believe someone else makes that.Edit: 8:32pm adding to respond to the owners comment. I was very much so the person who ordered and the only one who ordered at the counter and very much so a female was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt. I was there at apprx 1pm. There was an older gentleman, I am assuming you the owner who took my order, and payment.The food was DEFINATELY OVER COOKED, and the RIBS WERE dry, overcooked, and drowned in sauce to try to make them appear to be something someone could eat. I was there when the chicken pan was empty, and you removed the tray from the counter.
