We ordered a large cheese and a small ham pizza and ugly sticksthe ham pizza was burnt, I didn't try the cheese as rest of family ate it. The ugly sticks didn't have much flavor and weren't good.

Called in order and they said 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I went in and they had given my order to someone else. So I had to wait for them to make a new order (steak grinder). The flavor was good but BARELY any meat on it. They did give me a free drink but still had to wait 20 minutes ? We used to frequent but there doesn't seem to be much consistency anymore ?Parking: Limited parking but not a big place and mostly take out orders.

I always forget this Mancino's location is over here and it never disappoints when I rediscover it. The staff is friendly and they accommodate for kids (extra cutting of pizza and sandwiches.) Very reasonable pricing and large portions!!! Don't pass these guys up ?

I don't know if the Holland location is under new management, but our order tonight was really disappointing. Toppings were sparse, the sandwiches had no mayonnaise or lettuce. Sandwiches with Bacon didn't actually have bacon, rather a smattering of bacon bits. Subs were foil wrapped as opposed to boxed, which led to the bread being soggy and spongy. Unacceptable drop in quality considering the price increase. This is a stark contrast to the last time we were there about 3-4 months ago.Order was for take out, so no real comment on the atmosphere, and service was fine.
