Just went to OBI...dark and CLOSED. This is a Friday nite! I called and no answer...not even a recording. Website says they are OPEN.....not true. We like the ambience and food. DO NOT LIKE FINDING IT CLOSED.

Had the bolognese at the price $21.95 the bolognese was very good but was served in a small bowl much like you would serve cereal in and less than half full. No salad not even a breadstick. We asked the waitress if anything came with it and she said that was the way it came. She did ask later if I would like anything else but at $22 for a half of a bowl of bolognese I didn't think I wanted anything else. I will say the food was good and the waitstaff were friendly but I was disappointed at the price and size of that particular dish.

One of my favorite local restaurants. I love eating a fish meal near the water and this place is great for that. Good outdoor seating across the street from Lake Macatowa. Cool nautical themed dining room. Great service. One of my favorite fish sandwiches the Mahi BLT. They also have gluten free options.Pricing is on the higher side.

Met friends here as we were back visiting the area. Everyone cleaned their plates which included the perch dinner, walleye dinner, the ribs and my choice the blackened mahi-mahi and bacon sandwich. The perch is a traditional favorite and lived up to the tradition.

Fantastic restaurant!!! We visited from Chicago this week and ate there two nights in a row. They have the BEST walleye and perch dishes that cannot beat by any other restaurant in the area. Staff is excellent and work like a team that you don't see in restaurants anymore. From the hostess to wait staff the folks all chip in to make the experience for the customer enjoyable , Anyone visiting Holland must stop there to complete their Holland, Michigan visit.

The lake perch is the best around. The food was served faster than we’ve ever had before. Our server Nora was great. Chilly so we are inside but they have a beautiful patio with views of Lake Macatawa.

Stopped in on our last night in Holland, wish we tried it earlier so I could go back and try other dishes. I had the perch and it was awesome. Also ordered the sweet potato fries- they were cooked just right! Tried the tater tots too, they were cooked to perfection.

You might want to call before you try to go here!! This is our 3rd time this summer that Yelp said they were open and we showed up 2hours + before closing time to find the OBI closed. Disappointing when your driving from Grand Rapids.
