The goal is to throw away online ordering faster than the pizzas. Don't bother. Just use the drive through. Never let me know it was ready then it was wrong, anyways. This place is the biggest waste of time. Even my dog got sick of waiting in line. Very disappointing. Took a picture of a green goddess caprice where they decided I wanted chicken.

Horrible experience at what should be simple and timely. Ordered a drive through pick up order at 6:08, got told it would be ready at 6:17 to then be told it was going to be late again. Ended up never receiving an update text so I went up to the drive through to then end up waiting another 5 minutes. Did not receive any food until 6:38. Total of 30 minutes for a simple almost fast food chain. Ridiculous. Would never go here again and when she ended up giving us our food, she never apologized, she just said “here you go.”

Food was great; only 4 stars for this particular visit for service because the counter person forgot to get us the bagels we ordered, and then forgot to slice and toast them when we went back. But the correction was made with a smile!

This is thee absolute WORST PORTION OF SERVINGS of EXPENSIVE TASTELESS FOODS IN MY FREAKING LIFE! the price you charged me is Totally Ridiculous! ? Don’t order for delivery they will short items and then not make it right because they use DoorDash drivers and not their own drivers so I’m left here with only part of what I ordered.

the tables were clearly never cleaned same with the floor crumbs all over also the bathroom was not that clean either only on kiosk working which made lines long we put the option of getting a text when our food was done they never texted us we had to asume that this plate was ours food was bussin tho

I have no idea about the food because we didn't even get that far! I went up to use the kiosk for self order. Put in the order for two people, which by the way was over $40.00 (for one soup bowl, a tuna sandwich, one pick 2 and two drinks). I go to pay and the kiosk won't process my credit card. I tried all sorts of way. I ask the worker that was right on the other side of the machine if they could help because it wasn't working. I was told," I am not really sure how I can help" and "that machine is temperamental". First of all, why have a machine out if it is "temperamental". Second of all, if you can't work the machine and you work there, how am I suppose to figure it out? I looked around, several worker, even made eye contact with some, but not one person came to help. I asked the same worker again, still on the other side of the counter. Still didn't get any help. I tried another credit card, nothing. Finally the one worker asked another worker to help, and she also said that she was not sure what to do. At that point, I was a little hangry and just said forget it. Ended up going to Crane's downtown - which was amazing!

Staff is nice n friendly. I got the sip club n get several coffees a day. I get ice coffee n go home add creamer n drink. Unfortunately too many times the ice coffee is too weak..see thru.. deluded..to stretch it out I was told someone added too water. One day I went back 2x in morning n later..weak still but I can't get another cold coffee cause that's the only one as option for club. so it's a waste of time n gas since I don't buy food only get drink from club... it's happened at least 9 days since I became sip member last few months..I go 5xdays a week ..so the 9 bad days might not seem too bad but it's disappointing after getting dressed n driving there specifically only for my daily doses of coffee but then wasting n time
