Placed a to go order over the phone, told it would be ready in 25 minutes. We waited 45 minutes and no food. We were told our phone order was placed under Uber Eats??? This is our 2nd bad experience in a row with this location. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

My friend ordered potato soup. It was more like potatoes in gravy with no taste. There is no seasoning at all. I ordered a chicken on bread with gravy and mashed potatoes. Again, there is no seasoning at all. My friend had a half slim gem. The bread was brick hard!I'll have to think twice about going back.

Came into the store to pick up my salad and chili. The cashier was helping two ladies ahead of me. As soon as she was done with them she just left me standing there. She just walked away and said nothing to me. I’ve tried to give this place so many chances but this place has really gone downhill since COVID! Very rude hostess. I just spent over $20.00 and this is my last and finally time coming here!
