Horrible!!! The employees were very very rude. They took 20 min to make my 6 inch sub. When I got my sub it had no meat on it only cheese. I went back and told them the order wasn’t right and the girl at the drive through told me it was my fault and was VERY rude about it, extremely unprofessional customer service. Would NOT recommend this location at all. I will never return.

Horrible service. Went to the drive thru, ordered a sandwich. The kid asked me if I wanted it how it came, I said yes. Then he asked me what cheese I wanted, I said Monterey Jack since that’s what it comes with. He got really rude and snarky and told me it does not come with that. I read word for word the description off the menu and he STILL told me I was wrong and it doesn’t come with that, that’s not what his says inside. I ended up driving away. He was clearly not paying attention and was going to mess the sandwich up anyway. I don’t understand how the managers allow the staff to treat anyone like that.

The young man who made my sub, he has black curly hair and not to categorize but he looked of latino decent made me the best sub I have ever had from a Subway without question and I know it was him because I saw him making it I wish I knew his name so he could get recognized but that sub was the perfect amount of distribution of ingredients and next time I come through if he is working I will be giving him a tip 100%. He was also very polite at the window. Thank you.

If I could give it a zero I would, every time I order a sandwich from this location it’s wrong… go to any Subway but the one on Washington… you’ll be glad you did and will save yourself time for a refund …

The vegetables must of been frozen by the time I ate my sandwich my flat was mush. Very very dispointed. The vegetables were Liquefied.

What's the point of being open when you only have your drive through open. It's because of not enough employees it's because of laziness. I've seen bigger operations ran by one person. Maybe this place needs some competent workers.

This subway is the laziest food place around. The inside has been closed since Covid they mess with their online ordering so it says everything’s out of stock all the time. Literally everything doesn’t matter what you try you can’t order online. They don’t answer the phone when you try to call. It’s a total joke. Subway needs to pull their franchise rights it’s damaging the brand.
