If you order online they will NOT toast your sub. I've repeatedly requested my subs be extra toasted only to be given cold subs with soft bread and unmelted cheese. If i wanted that I'd go to jimmy johns

If this store says 24 hours then it should be open for 24 hours. My girlfriend tried to see if Subway was open last night and they said it was closed from what she told me. You might as well throw away the store if they're not going to do their service when they say it's 24 hours.The food is good don't get me wrong it's just the people there are rude and don't want to work and that's probably why it's closed yesterday.If they close again tonight when they say it's open 24 hours then I'm not coming here anymore it's a waste of time and I would like to get my food at a late night for once.

I tried to order online. The app wouldn't work. My stepson got it to work on his phone. We ordered 4 subs and was going to be ready at 4:00. Went in at 4 and waited 15 mins watching two employees moving like sloths. Another girl walks in for shift and goes in the backroom for around 5 minutes and then precedes to go to the gas station to get a soda. Then never saw her again. I walked out and my stepson went in to cancel the order and had to go through there pile of slips to find ours, and told them to just cancel it. We had been there 45 minutes now. Tried to call and just get hanged up on. The charge is still on my debit card. Will never go back and will be trying to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered for pick up. Arrived to find sandwiches half done, sitting openly on the counter with ghats flying around. The sandwich maker didn't change his gloves before touching the sandwiches. Probably the same guy from another review who pulled his pants up and didn't change his gloves.We walked out. Didn't even care to ask for a refund from a manager who doesn't care to run the place as if humans are consuming what they're serving.

Ordered online way ahead of time to pick it up at a certain time. I arrived at that time, the useless tracker said the food was ready. I go in, at 2 pm and there are four employees there so I’m thinking cool this should be easy since I already paid and it’s already ready. Nope, they ask who I am and tell me it’s almost ready. Cool, no biggie. 15 minutes later my two cold sandwiches were ready, and I’m thinking guess that’s the last time I order ahead of time, they don’t do the orders until you show up anyhow. Well I grab my subs and head to work. Get to work and open up the sandwich and it wasn’t what I ordered at all! So I open the second sub. Same thing. Not only was it not anything I ordered it was just a sandwich w sauces and veggies. No meat or cheese at all. Had no choice at that point but to return them which was irritating as now I have no time to eat before work dealing w subway sucking for 45 minutes. They made me the right sub on the second trip, but still forgot the pepperoni I paid for. Four employees! Oh, I also tipped ahead of time. Never again.

I’m sure they don’t care, because they are lazy and are there for a paycheck, but if people are paying for extra stuff on their orders, you should make sure they are getting it. We also work for our money, and we support you by buying food from your company. I’m sure my review won’t mean anything, but find a way to do better.
