I hope you don't mind spending an egregious amount of time waiting here. One lady keeps leaving a guy to do all the work alone. And then they do orders to go while making people who were here before the orders cam in wait. This is the chappies service I've ever witnessed and I can't say I've gotten because I'm still waiting. Never coming back again

They were not the fastest and normally when you go to Subway you get a greeting, not here. There was a guy who would touch everything with the same gloves, he would fix his hat then he put mayo on the sandwich from the order ahead of mine then put veggies on my sandwich. Which is not really following the Health Department because if I had an egg allergy and didn’t see that he touched my sandwich with egg exposed gloves I would have an allergic reaction. I don’t necessarily think it was his fault for touching everything since no one seemed to tell him that was bad, but I would recommend going to another place.

Went in to order 4 subs and they told me they had to work their online orders before they helped me, the customer in front of them. They said it would be 10 minutes because it takes 2 minutes per sub. Horrible customer service. Don't come here.

My boyfriend and I stood in line for about 15 minutes with zero acknowledgment. The 2 women working proceeded to make subs for preorders while everyone in line walked away without service or acknowledgment. We finally decided to go to a different establishment.?♀️

Nope! I was very unhappy from what I was witnessing. I saw 3 young boys working. Out of the 3 1 was actually working the other 2 were sitting down at the table 1 was on break and the other kid was not. He just was sitting down doing nothing. I heard the one guy working saying to one of them " hey its not your break..so the other kid got up went into the kitchen for abou5 minutes came out out of the kitchen again and sat and made jokes with the kid on break about the black kid working. Him and the other boy just laughing at the one working. It was discrimination at its finest. I told them I would call management. It really made me sick and angry to see this happening I will never go to that place again! ?

I told the lady that was making my sandwich and she put a cucumber on and I said no, I didn't say that. I said that a couple of times and she turned the error around and made it look like I made the mistake. She was rude about it.
Just a quick thank you and a job well done to the young men who worked last night 4/14 around 6pm. They were all pleasant, worked quickly/efficiently and kept the area clean between each order. Job well done gentleman, thank you for the great service!

Waited 15 minutes in line. When I was greeted to place my order, I was interrupted by 3 online orders and was told that online orders come first. So then was told I had to wait until online orders were finished. 12 people standing in line waiting to order food.
