Tables aren't completely dirty. Some of them have leftover food on them. Others are sticky and still wet from wipe downs. Service is good. And the atmosphere is positivity fine.

We went inside restaurant try to order yesterday, and 4 employees worked inside, everyone not even look at us and say Hi, they are just pretending we not there??, the only way we can do is leave, one star is too much for this place. Worse experience ever.

Placed drive through order for taco's & (8)hot sauce - They forgot the hot sauce - I asked what happened the manager said they forgot the hot sauce & don't charge for them - I said it was the second time this happened and the manager said "DON'T come here any more" :(

Food I received was skimpy and missing ingredients listed as included on the menu. The service was worse. I called the store to complain and offered to return uneaten food in return for a refund, I was told a refund wasn't possible. I do not feel that my problem was resolved. Lesson learned; I do not plan on returning to this location.

They will not take your order inside dining area. There was no one coming through the drive through and person at drive-up window was just staring off into space. It is a shame that idle drive-up person cannot see someone is waiting to order. Woman employee said go to drive-up. Go to order board and ordered. Woman's voice said they were out of most items. She said it is posted on menu board. Nothing was posted on menu board. She then said she would come out and show me. Seems like it would have been quicker to take my order in the dining room! Will never be back to this location.

The worst Taco Bell in Holland and so untrustworthy! every time we go we're always missing a few items from our order but this time I just had to write a review because I'm fed up. first off we pull up to the drive thru and order, the guy taking our order asks us what sauces we'd like and we said all of them, then another lady hops on and yells at us what sauces we'd like, like you don't already throw them in the bottom of the bag anyways? And at the end of us ordering he asked my fiancé if he'd like to round up to donate and he said he was alright, Thank you though and he responded with a mimicking remark. We get our order and the guy just hands us our bag and immediately slams the window shut without saying if we're good to go, we had to wait for him to open it again for the okay. and then on top of that they don't even put their cravings boxes inside of boxes so you have to dig through the bag to know if you got all your sh1t and chances are 100% of the time you won't, even with mobile orders. DONT GO HERE!

Can't rate the food. Didn't eat there. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes, employee looked at me 5 different times. Walked out. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
