absolutely awful. their description makes me laugh as this was the worst place i’ve ever ordered from. chicken tenders were soggy and tiny and the fries were freezer burnt and undercooked and there was a random chunk of something burnt mixed in with my food. gotta say the honey mustard is fire but that’s all

Didn't know it was inside Logan's Roadhouse, at least here at the Holland, MI location, no signs or anything outside I just googled fried chicken and twisted tenders popped up so gave it a try with an online pick up order also no notice that pick up was inside Logan's, chicken strips were average nothing special though better than Popeyes in my experience with the Holland Popeyes, only got 3 of the 6 sauces I ordered with the 20 tenders I ordered, if your just trying to get some chicken strips to-go then go to culver's they are way better and this place over priced for average chicken strips

I ordered DoorDash and got nothing I ordered. I ordered the chicken tender sandwich and it was supposed to have cheese and their signature ranch on it… it was plan. And then I ordered the. BBQ waffle fries and got soggy plain regular fries. Big yikes with this place

Just placed a door dash order and received 4 cups of butter and none of the 4 sauces we chose to go with our 20 chicken Tender order. We received regular Mac and cheese when we ordered chipotle Mac and cheese. We ordered waffle fries and received regular fries. Very disappointed with this experience.

only positive from this experience was the delivery, and fries i received were fresh. chicken was awful and completely dried out. mac n cheese was cold. also did not receive the sauce i ordered. would love to try back in a month or so to see if operations are running more smoothly ?

We ordered takeout today and were extremely disappointed. This was our first time eating here and pretty much everything that could have gone wrong, did. The chicken was extremely dry, fries were cold, and my husband ordered the chipotle mac and cheese which was completely inedible. We will not be returning.

The food was beyond horrible. Almost every single chicken tender was burnt. Like not edible burnt. My daughter her prefers her food like this could hardly eat. Also the Mac and cheese sucked. I could have went to raising cane's paid less and got drinks for way better quality. Smh 0 starts

This is just another ghost kitchen inside a corporate chain. Twisted Tenders runs out of Logan’s Roadhouse. And when you look them up on Instagram, every single one of their posts has fake comments from fake followers.
Horrible food. They will give you the wrong items. They literally steal your money with fake advertising.

I gave this place 5 stars because I see the potential of this place being better than it is at the current. I ordered and the tenders did not look very appetizing, but once tried they were tender and juicy. The wings were good but required just a little sauce to make them perfect. The Mac and cheese was tasty but could go for a little more sauce as well as it was very subtle. The sauces themselves come in a great variety and all had really good flavor. I can see how some might like one sauce more than the other for they are all unique in their own ways. All in all I would order again. Still a newer restaurant trying to iron out its kinks. I am sure if it. To the staff, keep learning and perfecting. To the owners, keep training. The foundation is there, now just work on execution.

I have doordashed from this place twice well the first time I ordered I never got my sauces. I just ordered a 20 piece Nashville hot well it's not nashville hot nor did I get my sauces again. If your gonna have your business on doordash then get your orders right and have what's ordered. Straight lies with this place... but the chicken is good

ordered 3 times 3 different days and they keep refusing my order in missoula. its not a uber issue. its a twisted tenders issue. I give up. you dont want my business then fine. too bad seeing how your chicken and sauces are amazing. get new management or at least communicate with the uber app when your unable to take orders. 3 different days 3 different orders same results. always canceled.
