Before stopping at Zoup, I had been considering going to Panera. I'm so glad that I decided to go here instead because it was a lovely experience all around! The food was delicious, and all the workers were very kind even though I came in half an hour before closing. I had to leave a couple things out of my grain bowl due to allergies and the girl who made it offered to add more hummus for no extra charge to balance it out. Most of the time, those of us with allergies end up paying more for less because nothing is deducted from the cost of a meal even if you have to leave a few things out. I really appreciated that this was not the case here. I will definitely be back!

The lobster bisque was excellent however the evening Manager or shift leader was super rude andMade my tuna sandwich as if she disliked my welcoming. I am at awed how unpleasant she made me feel.

I have eaten here a couple times and I would leave a “0” if I could. Beyond awful! The soups looked and tasted like they were 1-2 hours well past their time. So overpriced for old soup and greasy sandwiches. Will NEVER visit a Zoup anywhere again.

Great place to keep your life healthy.You get some soup and salad and good to go.Both amount of food is enough to keep you away from starving and actually taste are good as well.This will be place to go if you want to keep yourself in good shape!

This was my first time visiting Zoup. Wanted to pick up Chicken soup for my ill Mother. Soup was average but bland - not enough robust seasoning. It came with French bread. Unfortunately, the bread was so hard and dry you could not cut or break it. I finally go t it apart and it was so dry that it was truly inedible. I also ordered "cheese bread" which was supposed to be like a grilled cheese sandwich I was told. What it was, was a barely grilled soft wife bread with a load of white cheese melted on it and stuck together. Not only did it look unappetizing it was mushy and when I tried to separate the slices it just tore into pieces. Think about plain soft white bread with a gob of melted cheese plopped on it and stuck together and you will get the idea. I ordered a sandwich as well. But honestly after the first three items I am not even going to look at it or attempt to eat it. Enough disappointment for one day. The dogs will have a nice $10 snack along with the equally expensive and awful cheese bread. I only gave my experience a "2" because my Mom was very hungry and ate the soup and the service was tolerable. A $32 meal for 1 sandwich, 1 bowl of 16oz soup, a petrified small piece of French bread and untoasted white bread with gobbed cheese...suffice it to say it will be the last time I visit this establishment. Zoup - very, very disappointing....
