Ignored at the counter for awhile. Order kiosk did not print my receipt, and the payment device errored twice before reading my card on the third attempt. The kid that came to the counter didn't know how to reprint the receipt, and even after asking still couldn't print it. A crew lead or some sort of manager came over and eventually reprinted it. Shout out to the young man who I can only assume is a manager. The app was glitching and it glitched me out of my money. Needless to say I still walked out of McDonald's with something to eat.After a 10-hour work day I can't tell you how much it meant that I could still get something to eat!!Thanks a bunch!
