The coffee is really good and the food is awesome too. The bagel sandwiches are excellent. The reason I'm rating it lower in the reason that I avoid coming here 75% of the time is because of the extremely awkward and off-putting ending to every transaction. They ask you if you want to tip them. This is a step worse than everybody spinning the screen around to ask for tips. It's like you're going to a restaurant and the server stands there asking how much you're going to tip them. It's the worst part of the conversation and absolutely hate it. Maybe it doesn't bother other people but it honestly bothers me a lot and makes me feel extremely awkward. Sometimes I want to tip and sometimes I don't. It feels obligatory though and I end up going to Dunkin more often due to this. No offense to Biggby or the workers there.

Been to various Bigbys for years now. That was the friendliest and hands down the fastest car line I've ever seen. Super busy morning and they were just churning the customers out no problem. I've had places rake twice as long with only two cars in line and I started about a dozen back today. Highly recommend this shop.

Not sure why this location struggles more than any. Please use the blender longer. Always big chunks of ice way too much ice being used. No flavor in the drinks. The meijer location are awesome and phenomenal. Last I knew it was the same owner but please train the Holt Employees to be as awesome at their job as the Meijer location, Will not be Stopping at this location again :( they just can't get it right like others. Been a Biggby customer continuously for at least 17 years.
