Great burger and curly fries! We were in during a break in the youth basketball tournament at the high school. The two women that were working sure had their hands tied, but they did great and served up some awesome food. Maybe the tournament organizers will give a heads up next year so they don't get too overwhelmed at Bernie's!

As another patron indicated in a recent review, the bar tender was sassy and fun! We had put our name in at the crowded Cascarelli's across the street and came in for a quick drink. There were quite a few locals/regulars(?) at the bar and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Definitely a dive bar, so don't expect the Ritz, just enjoy and take it all in.
Only went for a few drinks. Great service and nice little place.

Stopped here while thru-hiking the North Country trail. Everyone here was very nice. I enjoyed tossing back a few beers while I warmed up, charged my phone, and talked with the locals.
