Went through the drive thru to order the wagyu big cheesy bacon burger, we had to repeat the order several times which i understand, its sometimes hard to hear. Got to the window and realized there were 2 wagyu burgers on the order, so we asked to remove one, not know that they had one of each burger on the order, so they removed to big cheesy went back to the window to get it remade and this guy comes up to the window saying that we ordered the deluxe and that he know how to make a burger and we dont know what we are talking about. Very poor customer service, instead of fighting with your customers you should be working with them to fix the problem

Houghton Lake location website Online menu list Loaded Italian sandwich. They never heard of it. So changed to brisket meal with large Dr Pepper. Was told couldn't get large with meal only medium. I just left and went somewhere else. That was probably my last trip to this Arby's.

I got all my food today 9/15/23 and i got cold fries and my buffalo sandwhich was so gross i couldnt eat it to the point they put so much sauce on it that it made my bottom bun soggy and made the chicken soggy it was like eating mush my first bite then when i called to tell them all i get is a fax tone after a few rings ive tried calling the number 6 times in the last 20 mins and i spent about 35 dollars on my food im very unsatisfied and might have to rethink my choices of where i eat at....Parking: Just hard to get threw the drive threw with bigger vehicles
