Haven't been to a KFC in over 2 yrs -prices became to ridiculous and so not the same quality as pre-pandemic-- if I want any quality fried chicken I go to Lepppinks! I must have just turned around in their parking lot- can't think of any other reason I'd be here!!!

Nowhere anywhere does it state that an offer is only available online but they say it is when you get there and they wont let you order it. If they do have it the price is higher in restaurant. Along with that 25% of the time the order is messed up.

Don't use the app. I made the mistake of ordering on their app giving them 30 mins to prepare everything. I got there with a couple mins to spare and was told that another customer pulled up at the drive thru and ordered 4 buckets of chicken, so all the breasts were sold out and they would have to make more. I placed the order at 5pm for pickup at 530 and they apparently didn't consider it was dinner hour and maybe put more chicken in before this other customer ordered. What's worse they offered to replace them with thighs, if I wanted thighs I would have ordered them. Asked how long for them to cook some more and was told 16 mins. I told them to cancel the whole order to which I was told to contact Door Dash. Why? I don't know. I used KFCs app, but yeah call Door Dash. I call the 800# number on the order and was given the runaround. I still don't have my money back because they had to put a case together, so someone can call me tomorrow about it. I asked for a supervisor and was told no supervisors available because they are dealing with another case, shocking...not!

FIRST OF ALL..Im all for the awareness of poultry forfeiting their Lives for me to get my Chicken fix..HOWEVER,,Upon approaching the counter to place my order I couldn't help but overhear panicked screams of a chicken getting Waterboarded in the kitchen area..Come to find out, that I've stumbled upon a chicken Trafficking ring. Apparently these poor Chickens are chicken napped placed on a Chicken farm in Texas, Trucked to Michigan ,Then put on Display for several different potential chicken buyers in an undisclosed chicken auction to the highest bidder..they then are seperated from family chicken members and shipped to Variouse fastfood locations to meet their final Demize..Soley for the purpose of One getting a chicken craving fulfilled ,,DO BETTER PEPOLE
