Inside and drive thru closed down.. had to place a order online.. they didn’t tell you fountain machines were down when we called.. then out of coke in bottles also.. waited 25 mins still no food.. then wanted to get a refund for the pop they told us to go back online cancel our whole order and reorder.. we ended up leaving .. wasn’t busy only one car in the parking lot

They were extremely busy when I arrived. They had about 10 people in front of me. No one in the drive thru. I patiently waited for it to be my turn to order (about 20-25 minutes) only to be told that there was someone in the drive thru that was some how before me in line. I was a bit annoyed but continued to wait patiently. Then my order was taken. Upon my arrival at the register, I handed the young lady my money and coupon. She preceded to hand it right back to me and said that she had go to the drive thru. I was still rolling with it being patient and just trying to get to work. So they finally get me cashed out. I went over to the pop machine and ended up spilling some pop due to these different type of lids on it. I simply asked for napkin, I was told there were napkins in the bag………Really?
