Let me start by saying, normally, when we go here, everything is great. We went this year, 2024, for Thanksgiving. Our food would have been good had it been hot, but, it was barely even warm. This is probably because we did have the best of servers and our food probably sat for a good 15 minutes before it was brought out to our table. The manager was very nice and took 1 of the dinners off our bill for our dissatisfaction. We will go back, but hopefully we don't get the same server.

Our waitress Olivia at the Howell location was just the absolute best. She was very kind, interacted with us and was one of the best waitresses my friend and I have had in a very long time. What a great hire. Because of HER and your great food we'll be back much more often.

My wife and I have been to this Bob Evans occasionally but only for breakfast and every time we've had very good food with great service. 👍
I am from Rockwood, Michigan. Met a former co worker here for breakfast on October 5, 2024. Our pancakes were hot, delicious, and fulfilling. No complaints only complements.

Myself and senior parents came in at 420pm for early dinner. Only three other diners in there and ZANE and his bad kid ass attitude just ruined our evening. Made us stand at door longer than needed with visible handicap person and proceeded to have attitude with me about starting to go sit without his approval. Never going back to Howell. Canton is 100% better
