The 3 of us walked in around 6:00 for dessert. We were the only customers inside the store at this time. There were 3 employees present at the time. They were joking amongst themselves and never even looked up at us. After a few minutes, my husband said "hey, hello". 2 of them looked up at us as though we had just kicked a puppy. Every time we stop in, it's the same thing, no greeting or anything. What happened to just saying hello or we'll be with you in a moment?
Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a custom cake online and they canceled it 30 minutes later. They said it had to be 48 hours in advance. That’s fine, but why would you have me put my phone number on file if you’re not even going to attempt to reach out to me to find an alternate time to make the cake? Website says it closes at 9pm, since I came at 7:50 they wouldn't let me do any special icecream and only get ice cream how it comes. I really wish they would still let customers order even if they are closing early! P.s. they did let me get a little bit of peanut butter on one of them!
