I usually order form here 2/3 a week since its right across the street from my job, placed an online order and 5ish min later walked on over, they are pretty fast, however on this particular day, walk the order wasn't ready yet ,I understand busy, and short staffed. What I don't understand is why after collecting my payment cashier said she working on it right now, ok cool no problem, 3 people walked in, placed they order, received their order and I'm still waiting!!

The people at Jimmy Johns on Lawson Drive in Howell Michigan have NO CLUE how to listen to customers! This is like the 4th time Ive gone there and asked for "ALL THE VEGGIES! HEAVY ON THE VEGGIES! Light on the meat.... OMG! I get Lettuce and tomato.. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!!?? They literally have zero brains in their head... Totally ruined my dinner. Who wants a tasteless a$$ sandwich??? I dont. Cant eat that. Thank you so much for yet AGAIN messing up my dinner!! Truly appreciate it!!! You guys suck. All day long an into next year! Don't waste your money at this garbage place. No mayo or mustard packets that I requested, and no straw (not that there was much to drink anyway though as the cup was filled with about 80% ice, 20% drink). If you pay around $20 for some lunch you should get better service than this. They just lost a long time customer.
Went in was nice with the 2 employees because they were shorthand and packed but went in after I left bc I thought I may have left something and they were very rude with me when I asked. Simply hire better people, wanted to take my $5 tip I left back.

How brain dead do you have to be to mess up "No Tomatoes add Bacon" that is a simple customization that they some how failed completely.
